Delivery policy & requirements as follow:

Order requires 24 hours notice. Delivery is subjected to availability of drivers.

Payment to be made in cash upon delivery. Orders above $1000 require a 25% deposit, some exceptions might be possible. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments on our website. Please confirm order at 6278 2929 prior to finalizing payment.

Club Subs card and / or any discount coupon is not valid for use with lunchbox or catering orders.

No refund, change or cancellation are allowed once a payment is made and order is confirmed.

Lunchboxes

Minimum order is 10 lunchboxes. For orders of less than 10 lunchboxes, a $0.50 surcharge per lunchbox applies.

School Lunch Program:
We offer deliveries of fresh, nutricious sandwiches to local schools in Singapore. If you are a student who would like to have Subway deliver sandwiches to your school, kindly ask your school to contact us. If you are a director, educator of a school or a school cafeteria owner, contact us and we can provide more information on the school lunch program.
