Q. How do I place an order?
A: If you have registered as a member, simply log into your account
and begin shopping. Select your sandwiches or items from the menu, and
choose your favourite ingredients and toppings.
Just a recap:
Pick a sandwich, wrap or salad of your choice.
Choose from 5 types of bread (for sandwiches)
Add as many toppings as you want with your sandwich, wrap or salad.
Choose up to 3 types of sauces to enjoy your food with.
Remember to indicate if you would like cheese.
Make it a Subway meal (in two sizes: regular and large) if you wish.
Proceed to checkout, and select the outlet for pickup, time of pickup
and your method of payment.
You will receive an email with your receipt to print out, and your
order will be faxed directly to the outlet where you will collect your
purchase. Simply produce your printed receipt at the Subway outlet.
Minimum pick up time required is 30 minutes for normal hours and 45
minutes for orders placed between 11am and 1pm.
Operating hours may vary by location. Please refer to our
list of outlets for hours.

Q. I want to change/cancel an order. What
do I do?
A: We cannot change, cancel, or refund order once confirmed. Please
ensure your order is correct before confirming.

Q. When should I place my order?
A: For Regular Menu
We ask that you give us at least 30 to 45 minutes to make sure we have
enough time to prepare your order, especially if it's a larger order
for your office.
For Lunchboxes and Catering
Please place your orders at least one day in advance.

Q. There is
a Subway outlet nearer to my location than those listed on the website.
Why can’t I pick up my order there?
A: Belgarath Investments Pte Ltd only manages the following Subway
restaurants in Singapore: Subway Amara, Subway Caltex house, Subway
Cineleisure, Subway Lido, Subway Orchard Hotel, Subway Suntec City,
Subway Shaw Towers, Subway Republic Plaza, Subway NUS and Subway Tiong
Bahru Plaza, The Heeren(NEWLY OPENED!). The other Subway restaurants
in Singapore are managed by different franchisees.

Q. Can
I place an order today & get the order deliver today?
A: All orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Late orders shall
only be accepted subject to delivery availability

Q. Is there
any delivery fee?
A: Yes there is a delivery charge of:
A: No we are not halal certified. However, we do have vegetarian sandwiches
and non pork and lard sandwiches such as Turkey, Cold Cut Trio, Tuna,
Egg Mayonnaise, Roasted Chicken and Chicken Strips.
A: For our Party Platter, we offer 2 sizes, either Regular or Large.
All Regular Platter serves up to 7 - 12 pax and the Large Platter caters
to 10 - 15 pax.
A: Minimum order is 10 boxes plus a delivery charge. For orders of less
than 10 lunch boxes, a $0.50 surcharge per lunchbox applies.
A. We will confirm your order via telephone or email within 24 hours.During
certain peak periods our delivery drivers may be fully booked. In this
case ou catering officer will contact you to discuss avaliable options.We

A. We accept payment made by cash or credit card.
A. No refunds, changes or cancellations are allowed once a payment is
made and order is confirmed.
