Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve
their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
We have no such terms.
Prices
All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless
during monthly promotions.
Delivery Services
We do not provide any delivery services via electronic transaction
at the moment. Delivery option is only available via calls to the
respective outlets and applies to orders with a minimum delivery amount
of $150SGD. Other factors will be taken into consideration, users
may call the respective outlets for more information prior to delivery
services. Please note that all transactions are limited to Singapore
only, not applicable for overseas. Products will not be shipped out
of Singapore.
Delivery Delay Terms
We do not provide via electronic transaction at the moment. If customers
wish to call the respective outlets for big orders, should there be
any form of delay due to unforseen circumstances, customers will be
notified of such incidents.
Payment Processing
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DINERS.
Corporate cheque payments are only applicable to credit account customers.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically
processed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will not provide any refunds upon cancellation of orders.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed
and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer
within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.
If items ordered are unavailable, customers will be notified immediately
upon receiving order confirmations on our end.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
